Financial Policy

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, cash and personal checks.  Also, we participate with Care Credit for those patients who desire a payment plan (up to 12 months, interest free).  Arrangements for Care Credit should be made prior to your first appointment.  Unless other arrangements are made in advance, payement is due on the day the service is rendered.
